My friend Ellie has a couple more new auctions up on eBay. The
first is Gabrielle's wedding jewelry from the episode "Blind Faith":
7/16 Update -- sold already via "Buy it Now".
Next up is
a "chobo" -- the short decorated stick Xena used to fight Queen Melosa in the episode Hooves and Harlots. Xena writer Steve Sears revealed that
churrros inspired the "chobo", though the "chobo" is much less edible.
And Xena Prop House Newsletter publisher Barbie has a segmented strip from a Xena costume up on eBay as well -- there were leftover pieces of costumes in boxes auctioned at the Turners' auction in NZ and that's where this item originates. Genuine Xena costume parts are quite rare.
