I know this survey has been up for a while (since I started blogging about collecting psychology, back in November). I've set the survey cut-off for Feb. 29 -- 2008 is a Leap Year and the extra day in February is arbitrary enough for this purpose.
I think the survey results are interesting so far, especially that 3 respondents have identified themselves as "Aggregators" which means these 3 are in direct competition; only 1 person will be able to "have it all" (an impossible task, I believe). But there is a sort of "There Can Be Only One!" emotional resonance here.
The overwhelming majority have also said that collecting is a hobby that they truly enjoy, and that's what makes getting to know other Xena collectors so much fun -- that enjoyment and enthusiasm is infectious.
