Creation Prop Reproductions -- the Original Chakram
This reproduction wasn't for sale in Creation's 2001-2002 catalog because it had been long sold out. I found this ad for it in the Winter 1998-1999 catalog:
At this time, you can only buy a Creation chakram if someone who has one decides to sell it. The after market is pretty much what you see on eBay, though I have heard of private collector to collector sales.
I do see Creation chakrams (both styles) appear on eBay from time to time.
